Sinofarm, a leading company in manufacture and distribution of medical devices, decided to enter a pharmacy market as well.
In accordance with the new Health Care Act, Sinofarm Pharmacy was registered with the Register of Health Facilities kept by the Serbian Business Register Agency.
Since the registration of health facilities with the Register of Health Facilities is a novelty introduced in SRB laws in October 2020, Sinofarm Pharmacy is one of the first brand new health facilities that was registered with the Register of Health Facilities. Accordingly, such registration required a very detailed, administrative-wise and regulatory-wise approach.
