Adding to the buzz caused recently by the Hrgud wind project, two renewables tenders were just launched in the Serbian entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Srpska.
Namely, the Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska launched on 14 June a tender for an 80 MW solar concession and a tender for a 39.6 MW wind concession (documentation available so far only in the Serbian language), both on the Planik location in the Municipality of Bileca. The initial deadline for submission of bids is 13 August. It should be noted that both tenders have been launched upon a non-solicited bid, which carries 10% advantage in the evaluation.
