The Logo Vox Legal Clinic began working in October 2023 as part of the innovative solutions offered by the regional law firm Matkovic & Partners, with headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia. The clinic is more than just an advisory space—it is the heart of a commitment to social responsibility and the advancement of legal practice.
Dr. iur. Jovan Kojičić is a professor of European law and human rights, with extensive experience in academia, consultancy, and advocacy across various international contexts. He manages the legal practice clinic Logo Vox and is an expert in environmental law, medical law, public administration, and human rights. He also holds visiting professorships at several German universities. Dr. Kojičić earned his doctorate in law from the European University Viadrina in Germany, where he was awarded a scholarship by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) during his doctoral studies. At Lund University in Sweden, where he also worked, he completed postdoctoral studies in human rights and international law under the mentorship of Professor Håkan Hydén, who introduced a groundbreaking concept of norm theory (Science of Norms). Dr. Kojičić is listed as an environmental law expert with GFA Consulting Group, one of Europe’s leading consulting firms in the field of international development cooperation. He is also a scholar at the Williams Institute of the UCLA School of Law and serves as the director of the FDES Institute for Public Administration, Human Rights, and the Environment. His research in health and health policy has been recognized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD, 2023). By invitation, he serves as a reviewer for the prestigious academic journal ‘Frontiers in Sociology – Sociology of Law’, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a member of the European Commission on Sexual Orientation Law (ECSOL) and one of the founding members of the DAAD alumni network of European lawyers, attorneys, and law professors (DAAD-Alumnifachnetzwerk Rechtswissenschaften).
